OOh - Giving Tree - what a perfect use of Volunteer Spot! You're going to make my room mom job so easy this Dec. Thanks

Using sign up sheets to organize volunteers for a holiday activity or event is a great idea.

Love the sign up sheets! They really seem to help make managing volunteers and projects easier.

What a wonderful service... I know that people really benefit from seeing examples of how they might set up their own volunteer events.
Thank you for sharing.

Great examples here. I also want to add that a school auction chair could make great use of these sign up sheets. The ability to list the committee seats and tasks and indicate the number of people needed would be very helpful. I'd bet that the instant feedback of what assignments are available woudl be appreciated by volunteers too.

Great tool!

Cool stuff! I can easily imagine how helpful those sheets would be to nonprofit groups. Thanks for sharing!

Sandy
