do we have to do anything special for parents to get a mobile sign up sheet or if they pull it up on thier smart phone will it automatically be like this? Also do you have any tool for signing in at events? I would love for our sign up to be able to be printed out as a sign in and sign out log.

I have the same question as Jenny. How do my volunteers get to this mobile sign up sheet on their phone. It does not look like it comes up automatically on my phone.

Thank you Shelly and Jenny for your question - we actually have a "mobile" site which means no app is needed to access sign ups from a smartphone or mobile device. Instead, volunteers must be sent an invitation or shareable sign up link to the activity - when they open the link and tap it on their phone, they are taken to our site to sign up but it is configured for mobile devices so it is more intuitive and easier to use. If you or your volunteers tap a sign up link from their smartphone and do not see images like in our article, please email our support team at support@volunteerspot.com.
