Communication - Get Together!
Skype: This application offers free services like internet calling and video chatting other skype members as well as messaging them. An easy way to quickly reach group members, Skype is super easy to set up and offers modern communication tools.
Join.me: Want to quickly share your computer screen while on a call? Go to join.me and with their free basic version, grab a link which others can click to view your screen.
Google+ Hangout: Video chat with up to 9 people, make notes, message and move from email to immediate hangout all with a click.
Google Docs: With a free Google account, collaborators for your group can share documents, spreadsheets, forms and files all in the cloud! Updates ae made real-time and those who share the documents can message each other while they are both accessing a shared file.
Dropbox: Offering loads of free storage space, Dropbox lets users share folders and save documents, pictures and other files which are accessible from a computer and many mobile devices.
Evernote: Never forget a great idea again! Jot it down in Evernote and collaborate with fellow leaders. Save images, favorite sites, ideas, contacts and more and access from almost any device.

Trello: Project management has a new name and that's Trello! With a free account, Trello lets you and collaborators manage projects with simple lists that capture what you need to do, what you're doing and what's done. Attach files, leave comments, assign people and more with this free application for computers, smartphones, and brand new for iPad.
VolunteerSpot: Organize volunteer needs and sign ups in the cloud with VolunteerSpot! Online volunteer coordination is simple with VolunteerSpot's free sign up sheets and activity calendars; schedule shifts and needed items, invite volunteers via email, social media, or your website and sit back. Volunteers can sign up from their computer, smartphone or tablet and automated reminders help everyone keep their commitment!
