Don't make the new organizer feel "dumb" because they do not initially understand the best way to use VolunteerSpot's online sign up tool. Instead, sit down with them for an overview and let them know you are free if they have any questions!
2. Encourage them to look around! Share our video tour, Help desk, and demo activities so they can get a better feel before they fully approach taking over the ongoing online sign up.
3. Emphasize what a time-saver it is! After the initial overview, emphasize to new organizers and coordinators how much time and energy they will save so even the most hesitant can get on board! Spending less time making phone calls and sending emails means more time to do more GOOD!
