Join.me: Want to quickly share your computer screen while on a call? Go to join.me and with their free basic version, grab a link which others can click to view your screen.
Google+ Hangout: Video chat with up to 9 people, make notes, message and move from email to immediate hangout all with a click.
Collaboration - Brainstorm & Share!
Google Docs: With a free Google account, collaborators for your group can share documents, spreadsheets, forms and files all in the cloud! Updates ae made real-time and those who share the documents can message each other while they are both accessing a shared file.
