Peachtree Academy began as a school of early childhood development that quickly progressed into a full array of academic, athletic, and fine arts opportunities beginning in Pre-School and continuing through the 12th grade.
I am a teacher and have to get volunteers frequently. I used it for getting volunteers to sign up for Harvest Festival booth times and at Thanksgiving for signing up for items to bring in for our meal. I am also involved with my children's activities and my church, and will use this site for these activities as well. I recommend that teachers use it anytime they need volunteers, supply drives, meals or conferences.

This is a very easy way to get the volunteers I need and I don't have to go back and update everything: Volunteer Spot does it for me. It was so easy to set up and easy for me to see what slots were not filled yet. It is also a lot more user friendly than other online programs I've tried - I always mess those up! I liked that the website sent the reminders automatically and that I was able to go online and send thank you notes as well.
Why did you decide to use VolunteerSpot?
This was the first time I used Volunteer Spot and I loved it! A colleague at the school recommended it to me. I think this is a great site for teachers. I LOVE THIS SITE!
