I just used VolunteerSpot for the first time to schedule volunteer hours for families helping out with baseball practice. It was awesome. A different parent used the standard paper and pen and had to consistently remind her families it was there turn. When they were trying to sign up they'd send her emails asking if this date was open, etc. All my families knew who was scheduled and when. I'm using it again in a couple months for a potluck.
